The CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowship offers professionals and volunteers the chance to work abroad for 2-3 months. During this time, fellows gain new skills and global connections.

To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Have 2+ years of experience in an organization

- A 650 euro stipend
For German participants, it covers:
- Airfare
- Health insurance
- A 1,200 euro monthly stipend
